DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your purchase within ten days of you placing your order.  However, please expect delays if your purchase is a custom made item or if you are outwith the UK.  We shall advise you upon your placing of an order exactly what the expected delivery time is.

Please note all prices for postage and packing are for posting within the UK.  Postal costs for other countries will be higher.

If you are ordering from a country where import tax is charged, you will be responsible for paying this, not Voodoo Restraints. 

RETURN POLICY

We have a seven day returns policy.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in original condition within seven days of receipt and we will give you a full refund.  This policy is not applicable to any custom made items.

We will only pay additional postage costs for return and exchange of faulty items or for return and exchange of incorrect items.

PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

We store the details of your order, payment and delivery details only until the day after the seven day return policy.  After this date, we delete all information.

Please note that Voodoo Restraint accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage caused by any items supplied.
